Athlete feedback report
Head coaches only. Athlete Feedback doesn’t appear in an assistant coach’s sidebar, and opening it directly shows “Only head coaches can view the team’s athlete feedback report.”
After a report is published, athletes can react to it — a thumbs up or thumbs down, and comments about how the session actually felt. Athlete Feedback in the sidebar rolls that up across your whole team, so you can see how your coaching is landing.
What it shows
Three counts for the coaches and date range you’ve selected:
- Comments — how many comments your athletes left on their reports.
- Thumbs up — how many reports were rated positively.
- Thumbs down — how many were rated negatively.
This page is a count, not a reading list. It tells you the volume and direction of response, not what any individual athlete wrote. To read the actual comments, open the athlete’s report — they appear in the Athlete Feedback panel under the coach feedback. See Reviewing a workout.
Narrowing it down
- Coach — All coaches by default, or pick one to see just their athletes’ responses.
- From and To — the date range. Quick buttons cover This month, Last month, Last 3 months, and YTD.
The page opens on a window running from the start of last month through today, so you see recent responses plus the month before for context. Once you’ve changed anything, a Clear button appears — selecting it drops the filters and counts across all time.
Making sense of it
A rising thumbs-down count for one coach, or a sudden drop in comments after a change to a coach’s feedback tone, is the sort of signal this page is for. It won’t tell you why — for that, open a few of the reports themselves and read what the athletes actually said.
