Welcome to PlanMyPeak
PlanMyPeak helps endurance coaches see how closely an athlete’s completed workout matched the plan, turn that into clear feedback, and share an anonymous summary that anyone can open from a link.
This help site is for the people who run a coaching business in PlanMyPeak: head coaches and assistant coaches. It walks you through setting up your account, connecting your training data, reviewing an analysis, sending feedback, and managing your athletes and team.
What you can do
- Review workout compliance — see how a completed session compared to what was prescribed for duration, intensity, and structure, with an automatic compliance score.
- Refine AI-written feedback — every analysis comes with draft coaching feedback you can edit before it goes out.
- Publish to TrainingPeaks — approve an analysis to post a short comment on the activity, plus a link to an anonymous public report.
- Manage athletes and your team — track who you coach, assign athletes, and (for head coaches) invite other coaches.
- Stay on top of compliance — get alerted when an athlete’s weekly training load drifts outside the range you set.
Two coach roles
Most features are available to every coach, but some are limited to head coaches, and what an assistant coach can see is scoped to the athletes assigned to them. Throughout this guide you’ll see a short note at the top of each page telling you who can use that feature:
Who can use this — available to all coaches, with a note on what each role sees.
Head coaches only — this feature is hidden or read-only for assistant coaches.
Start with Roles & permissions to understand the difference, or jump to Getting started to create your account.
