Compliance alerts

Compliance alerts

Head coaches only can set compliance alert rules. Every coach can choose whether they receive the alert emails for their athletes.

Compliance alerts watch each athlete’s weekly training load and let you know when it falls outside the range you expect — so a missed or overcooked week doesn’t slip past you.

Set the rules

Head coaches only.

Open Alerts from the sidebar to manage the rules. Rules are organized by sport and plan type, so you can hold a cycling athlete on a custom plan to a different range than someone on an off-the-shelf plan. For each combination you can:

  • Turn alerts on or off.
  • Set the weekly training-load range — a minimum and a maximum.

When an athlete’s actual weekly load falls outside the configured range, their assigned coach is notified (or the head coaches, if the athlete isn’t assigned).

If you open this page as an assistant coach, you’ll see a note that only head coaches can manage alert rules.

Choose whether to get alert emails

Who can use this — every coach, for their own preferences.

Open Settings from the sidebar to manage your notification preferences. Turn Compliance alert emails on to receive a weekly email when your athletes fall outside their compliance thresholds, or off to stop those emails. This setting is personal to you and doesn’t change anyone else’s.
