Your dashboard

Who can use this — all coaches. Head coaches see activities across every athlete in the company; assistant coaches see only their assigned athletes.

When you sign in, you land on your dashboard. It’s the hub for triaging completed workouts and getting to the ones that need you.

The review queue

The dashboard groups activities into two views:

  • Pending — activities that need a manual look, either because the analysis flagged something or because the athlete is in review mode.
  • Auto-approved — activities that scored well and were approved automatically, kept here for reference.

Each activity appears as a card showing the athlete, workout type, date, a color-coded compliance score, and a short verdict. From a card you can:

  • Review — open the full analysis (see Reviewing a workout).
  • Dismiss — clear it from the queue.

Find what you need

When the queue is busy, you can:

  • Filter by workout type.
  • Sort by newest or oldest first, athlete name (A→Z or Z→A), or compliance score (high→low or low→high).
  • Switch between a grid of cards and a compact list.

Live sync and stats

When PlanMyPeak is pulling fresh data from TrainingPeaks, a syncing section shows which athlete is updating and its progress. A stats row at the top gives you the headline numbers — how many activities are pending review, how many athletes you have, and how many recent activities came in.

Just connected TrainingPeaks? You’ll see a confirmation that your athletes were imported, and activities will begin to appear as they sync.
